Successful Signing of "The Center of Chenguang Biotech (Zambia) Agri-Dev Ltd. for Chinese Language and Professional Skills "

From November 15 to 17, the 2024 World Chinese Language Conference, hosted by the Ministry of Education, was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. Vice President Han Zheng attended the opening ceremony, read a congratulatory letter from President Xi Jinping, and delivered a speech. The conference welcomed over 2,000 participants, including government officials, school principals, experts, scholars, educators, students, and diplomats from more than 160 countries and regions. As official representatives, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CCGB, Zhai Yanzhong, and Zhang Anbing, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Handan Polytechnic College, attended the conference and officially signed the "The Center of Chenguang Biotech (Zambia) Agri-Dev Ltd. for Chinese Language and Professional Skills" project on-site.
The Center for Chinese Language and Professional Skills is an innovative educational platform launched by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education. It aims to leverage international Chinese education resources to serve national strategies and develop new talent cultivation models. This model operates through a tripartite partnership involving the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, domestic institutions, and Chinese enterprises operating overseas, adhering to the principles of joint consultation, construction, management, diverse investment, and shared development.
After undergoing preliminary research, selection, expert reviews, and defense, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education has identified five projects for initial implementation in China, including the "The Center of Chenguang Biotech (Zambia) Agri-Dev Ltd. for Chinese Language and Professional Skills" jointly proposed by our company and Handan Polytechnic College.
As a leading enterprise in the plant extraction industry, our company has established a subsidiary in Zambia, operating a 120,000-mu raw material cultivation base. The subsidiary primarily focuses on the cultivation and processing of agricultural products such as chili and marigolds, bringing advanced technology, management expertise, and tens of thousands of jobs to the local community.
With the launch of the "The Center of Chenguang Biotech (Zambia) Agri-Dev Ltd. for Chinese Language and Professional Skills", and under the guidance of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education, our company will collaborate with Handan Polytechnic College to train a large number of localized, multidisciplinary talents who are proficient in Chinese and possess vocational skills. This initiative will contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
