CCGB Hosts a Speech Contest on “Integrity and Self-Discipline, Accompanied by a Pure Breeze”

On December 9th, our company's "Integrity and Self-Discipline, Accompanied by a Pure Breeze" speech contest final was held in the third conference room of the group company. Company leaders Lu Qingguo, Li Fengfei, Lian Yunhe, Zhou Jing, Lu Ying, Gao Wei, and others attended the event, along with middle management, supervisors, team leaders, and staff from finance, sales, and procurement deptment.
After more than two months of preparation, the 15 competitors in the speech contest focused on the theme of integrity, combining it with real-life examples to share their feelings and experiences. They discussed the importance of integrity from various aspects and levels. Their speeches were clear, eloquent, and emotionally engaging, touching the hearts of the audience and earning rounds of applause.
After the competitors' speeches, General Manager Lu Qingguo addressed the audience. He first encouraged the excellent speeches given by the participants. He noted that through their stories, the contestants provided a vivid lesson on the importance of integrity. The speech contest conveyed the message that integrity starts with small actions and should be remembered in our hearts. He hopes to maintain this culture of integrity to ensure the healthy development of the company and for every employee to achieve self-respect and better development in their positions.
Mr. Lu emphasized that a company's development requires a clean environment, and to achieve this, several points must be addressed: First, to conduct effective publication and training on integrity education, creating an environment where every new employee at Chenguang can feel this clear atmosphere, working without mental burdens, with only personal dignity, and achieving their own value cleanly; Second, to continue improving various integrity systems, including bidding and pricing processes, to ensure openness and transparency, guarding the clean environment; Third, leaders should play their part in supervising every employee to ensure they don't make mistakes or errors, avoiding minor oversights that could lead to lifelong regrets; Fourth, to maintain strict management and severe penalties, never tolerating employees who have issues. The company creates a clean and righteous environment, allowing every Chenguang employee to better realize their value in a transparent atmosphere, providing more opportunities for every employee, but never allowing the abuse of power for personal gain, damaging the company's image.
Mr. Lu requested that the company continue to maintain a clean environment, allowing the great ship of Chenguang to ride the winds and waves in future development, moving forward bravely!
Finally, Mr. Lu presented awards to Wang Hongxia, who won first prize, Zhang Zhihao and Qiao Xuanxuan, who won second prize, and Li Yihan, Li Zhaojie, and Lu Hancong, who won third prize.
